13 days until the deadline and I am not able to file returns using the hosted environment.   I am able to file using my desktop version.  The problem is, my data is in the hosted environment.  I have been on the phone with support for over 2 hours and she is equally frustrated.

I am getting an error code 54.   We have tried updating, refreshing, uninstalling the software, manually reinstalling, etc.   Nothing works

We most recently deleted the 1040 Forms folder and went thru an update again.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I would appreciate your help.  Apparently, ProSeries does not know what to do...
