Error 54

13 days until the deadline and I am not able to file returns using the hosted environment.   I am able to file using my desktop version.  The problem is, my data is in the hosted environment.  I have been on the phone with support for over 2 hours and she is equally frustrated.

I am getting an error code 54.   We have tried updating, refreshing, uninstalling the software, manually reinstalling, etc.   Nothing works

We most recently deleted the 1040 Forms folder and went thru an update again.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I would appreciate your help.  Apparently, ProSeries does not know what to do...

Actually unchecking the 1040 box and rechecking it during an update resolved the issue.

OH MY!  This was my whole day yesterday.  No work done.  I did all you listed a few times because that is what they kept telling me.  So if I uncheck 1040 box, update, the recheck the box I should be good??
