I know nothing about NH, but I see in Part II of the NH Info worksheet it says nothing will not transfer from the Fed 1040 until, one of those boxes is checked, did you check one?

It seems that your NH-1040 is not receiving the data from the federal return. Generally, this occurs if the state return is not properly linked, or the federal return is not finished. Please check that the federal 1040 is finished, and ensure that the NH state module is added under the same return file.

If it still does not flow, you could delete and re-add the NH return—this sometimes will refresh the data link. Please also check that your software is running the most recent update, as there was a small bug reported earlier in the season that caused problems with this flow.
